Overview
The Endless Summer San Diego 2026 is an eight-day group RV experience hosted by Paul and Lorena Charron. It runs September 8th to 15th, at Sun Outdoors San Diego Bay in Chula Vista, California. The week includes guided visits to Old Town, Balboa Park, La Jolla Cove, the USS Midway Museum, and Coronado Island, plus a bay sunset dinner cruise, two group dinners, a farewell campfire night, and a whole lot of exploring in between. Most excursions, tickets, and gratuities are included. You just show up ready to have fun.
Adventure Nation Tours events aren’t typical tours. We try to keep our itinerary planned out so no one feels rushed. Just a tight-knit group of like-minded travelers doing San Diego the right way, with Paul and Lorena as your personal guides all week long.
Every day is packed with great experiences, but never so packed you can’t catch your breath.
Space is capped at 36 people, no exceptions. That limit is what keeps this intimate, personal, and special. When spots are gone, they’re gone. If San Diego is on your list, Endless Summer 2026 is your trip.
Highlights
- Explore the world-famous Old Town San Diego
- Enjoy amazing views of the San Diego skyline from a harbor boat cruise
- Travel through the city streets at night for a city lights tour

Old Town San Diego is widely recognized as the birthplace of California — the site where the first European settlement on the West Coast took root in 1769. Walking through Old Town today feels like stepping back in time, with beautifully preserved adobe buildings, historic structures, and tree-shaded plazas that tell the story of California’s Spanish and Mexican heritage. The Old Town San Diego State Historic Park brings that history to life through living history demonstrations, costumed docents, and museums that paint a vivid picture of what life looked like in early California.
La Jolla is know for it’s beautiful beaches.
You have the choice of kayaking to the caves in La Jolla or take a guided bike ride around La Jolla in an electric bike.
Explore the famous Children’s pool beach and watch the sea lions sleep, swim and play.
Arrive at the USS Midway at opening and explore this amazing carrier ship and see how the sailors lived here during their service.
After you are done have lunch at the USS Midway or choose from the many food options in Embarcadero.
Then take a land and sea tour in one of the famous Seal tour vessels, one of the few amphibious vessels in the country and enjoy a relaxing land tour around some SD landmarks and then making a splash and going in the harbor for a tour on the water side.
